Frequently Asked Questions
How long is shipping?
- Domestic Orders: Please allow 2-3 days for processing and 4-7 days for delivery. Due to unforeseen circumstances, a package may be delayed. Check your tracking number for the most updated information.
- International Orders: Please allow 3-4 days for processing and 7-21 days for delivery. International orders generally take 7-14 days for delivery depending on the location of delivery but due to unforeseen circumstances or customs delays, please allow an extra 7 days for delivery. If your order is not received within 21 days from the ship date, please contact the shipping courier to locate your package.
- Pre-order items will have their specific shipping time frame in their product description.
How much is shipping?
- Domestic Orders: FREE
- International Orders: $35 USD
Are duties, taxes, and/or customs fees included in the shipping cost for international orders?
- No, we cannot cover any of these charges at this time and must be paid by the recipient. Please be familiar with your local import charges before placing an order.
I want to wear my package for an upcoming event/trip/vacation. Is there express shipping?
- We do not offer express shipping at this time but we may be able to get your package to you sooner for the event/trip/vacation if the item(s) is ready to ship. Please contact us before ordering to make sure we can get the order to you by the date of your event/trip/vacation.
My order says it’s been delivered but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package leaves our warehouse, the shipping courier is responsible for the package. You should contact them to locate your package. We only know the same information as you based on the tracking number.
- Please check with your neighbors to see if they received your order by mistake. If none of your neighbors received your order by mistake, file a claim with the shipping courier for your lost or stolen package.
Can I change the delivery address for my order?
- Yes. Please email us with your name, order number and the address you would like to change it to as soon as possible. We can only make this change before the order finishes processing and ships.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
- No, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
- We will only accept an exchange if the reason for returning and exchanging is at our own fault. For example, we sent the wrong size or order and/or the item is damaged.
- We do not issue refunds for returns/exchanges. Refunds are only issued for cancelled orders.
Can I cancel my order?
- Cancellations can only be made during the processing time for your item/order.
- Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to process and credit the original method of payment.
What size should I order?
- Please refer to the size chart on our website or Instagram highlight to make sure you order the correct size.
- Contact us through email or Instagram direct message if you have questions about sizing.
How do I become a model or ambassador for MP?
- We are not looking for influencers/ambassadors at this time.
- If we are looking for models for a shoot, we will post on our Instagram story. Follow us to stay updated.
